Hoopla’s Xtreme Birthday Party FAQ

Q: Is a deposit required to book a party?
A: Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party.

Q: How long is the party?
A: Each party includes 2 hours of private party room time with a dedicated party host.

Q: When should we arrive?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time for check-in.

Q: What happens if we arrive late?
A: Parties must begin and end at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, we are unable to extend your party time.

Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks?
A: The only outside food permitted is cake or cupcakes for the birthday child. No other outside food or drinks are allowed.

Q: Can I bring or hang decorations?
A: Decorations are welcome; however, nothing may be taped, pinned, or hung on the party room walls. Please note that balloons, confetti, silly string, pinatas, and glitter are not permitted. All decorations must be dropped off no later than the Thursday prior to your party.

Q: Who sets up and cleans the party room?
A: We take care of it for you! Our team will set up the party room with all included supplies and any decorations dropped off in advance. Your dedicated party host will handle setup, tear down, and cleaning so you can relax and enjoy the party.

Q: What about adults attending the party?
A: Our party room seats 20 guests. Adults are welcome, but seating is reserved primarily for children, so most adults may need to stand due to limited space.

Q: What if 10 kids do not show up?
A: You will still receive 10 Hoopla’s Xtreme play cards. Any extras may be used by family members or added to your child’s card at the end of the party.

Q: What if extra guests show up?
A: Additional guests will be charged the per-child guest fee. Please note that for trampoline parties, we may be at capacity and unable to add extra jumpers. We recommend adding any additional jumpers before your party.

Q: Are tablecloths included?
A: Yes, every party package includes cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths, and plasticware.

Q: What is included for the birthday child?
A: Depending on the package, the birthday child may receive bonus tickets, a spin on the birthday wheel, a Hoopla’s T-shirt, and other special gifts.

Q: Can I order additional food?
A: Yes. We recommend placing any additional food orders with your party host at the beginning of the party when you order pizza and drinks.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: If you cancel after confirming your party or do not show up, the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
